Installation

What version of Lightroom or Capture One do I need?

For Lightroom, we recommend using Lightroom Classic CC (v10+) or Lightroom CC (4+). The presets are also compatible with the Lightroom mobile app.

For Capture One, we recommend using Capture One 20 and up.

Will these work on various camera systems?

Yes. The presets and styles should work on different camera systems (Sony, Canon, Fuji, etc.). We use Fujifilm for our own photography so most of our testing are done on Fujifilm RAW files.

Can I use these for JPG files?

Yes. The presets and styles were created for RAW files but they work just as well for JPG files.

General Questions

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please make sure that any product you are purchasing is compatible with your software or camera system. In some cases (e.g. duplicate order, incorrect files sent), we may consider giving a replacement and will do so at our own discretion.

How can I download my purchase?

A link should be available after successful payment of an order. You will also receive an email confirmation with a download link. If no link appears after checkout or you do not get an email, kindly contact us (make sure you include your email address and order number).

Can I share these presets/styles?

No. You are not allowed to share, distribute, copy, transfer, sell or relicense any of our products. You are also not allowed to modify or alter any product that you purchased and then resell it as your own product or service.

I lost what I bought. Can I download them again?

Please contact us for details on how to redownload what you ordered. Please note that you must include the order number.
